As a CEO of a healthtech startup, a qualified pharmacist and digital health strategist, I have facilitated workshops, presented innovative lectures and motivational talks to students and companies seeking to grow and improve.
By creating a supportive and safe environment, trust can be established allowing individuals the courage to expand and choose better options for their own health and wellbeing.

I use various techniques and timelines to assess and develop short and long term goal setting. I provide coaching to all adults from different and diverse backgrounds. I am also aware of the many challenges people are currently facing during these difficult periods. My coaching is in English.
