During the years 2020-2021, I was a guitar student of Marianna Chelidoni in Berlin. Her well-structured lessons combined with the lovely atmosphere and her never-ending humor, not only made me build a solid foundation in theory and practice of the guitar, but also to fall in love with the instrument.

Marianna Chelidoni is a virtuoso guitarist and a gifted pedagogue, who teaches the guitar as a way of free artistic expression and emotional well-being. I could write so much more, but one session with her speaks for itself. I highly recommend her.

I found Marianna online when looking for a teacher to prepare me for my Grade 8 examination in classical guitar. Marianna was very accommodating, she came to my house for lessons and tailored each lesson to my needs. She addressed my weaknesses and helped me prepare 3 pieces for my examination. She is very flexible and accommodating of my busy work schedule, often rescheduling lessons last minute. Marianna is both personable and professional, patient and very talented. Over the years she has adapted her teaching to personal needs, as I have grown more busy and guitar has become less of a focus. I have improved my playing drastically, and despite guitar being only a hobby for me, she has always taken it very seriously.
I would unreservedly recommend her to other superprof members, whether they are focusing on preparing for exams or just want to learn a bit of music for personal leisure. I could not ask for a better teacher.
