NL/ Gediplomeerd sociaal werker en filosoof en coördinator van een team sinds 10 jaar. Vader van 3 kinderen. Binnen mijn professionele carrière heb ik veel ervaring opgedaan met het begeleiden van mensen: als sociaal werker, maar ook als teamcoach.
Mijn visie op het leven is dat niemand een eiland is, en iedereen nood heeft aan uitwisseling en de mogelijkheid om zijn of haar uitdagingen in het leven door te praten met iemand. Soms gaat dat met naasten, vrienden of collega's, maar soms is het nodig om een 'safe space' te hebben, een persoon die daarbuiten staat en die zonder vooroordelen of externe motivatie kan luisteren en steun bieden.

Au cours de ma carrière professionnelle, j’ai acquis une solide expérience dans l’accompagnement des personnes, aussi bien en tant que travailleur social qu’en tant que coach d’équipe.
Ma vision de la vie repose sur l’idée que personne n’est une île. Nous avons tous besoin d’échanger et de pouvoir parler avec quelqu’un des défis auxquels nous sommes confrontés dans la vie. Parfois, nous pouvons le faire avec nos proches, nos amis ou nos collègues. Mais il arrive aussi que nous ayons besoin d’un espace sécurisant, d’une personne extérieure à notre entourage, capable d’écouter et d’apporter du soutien sans jugement ni intérêt personnel.
ENG/ I am a qualified social worker and philosopher and have been coordinating a team for the past ten years. I am also a father of three. Throughout my professional career, I have gained extensive experience in supporting and guiding people, both as a social worker and as a team coach.
My view on life is that no one is an island. We all need connection and the opportunity to talk through the challenges we face in life with someone. Sometimes we can do this with loved ones, friends or colleagues. But sometimes we need a safe space: someone outside our immediate circle who can listen and offer support without judgement or any personal agenda.
