I am currently a PhD student in Anglophone Studies(specializing in American literature and film) with a highly international background. My experience in English teaching includes lessons to younger groupes (from 6 to 16) of beginner/intermediate level at private schools and one-on-one TOEFL tutoring.

My teaching methods vary according to the specificities and demands. With younger kids, my methods lean more toward an interactive and liberating direction, focusing on establishing an interest in the language throughout the anglophone culture. However, I do value systematic and structured lessons on grammars. With adults and young adults who are preparing for TOEFL, my tutoring provides systematic lessons that focus more on the test itself instead of the English language. (With TOEFL, certain material can be provided to the student, for instance, TPO)
