My approach as a private English tutor is practical, interactive, and adapted to each student's individual level and goals. I focus on helping students become more confident using English in real-life situations rather than relying only on memorization and traditional exercises.
I usually begin by understanding the student's current level, difficulties, and objectives. Lessons can then include conversation practice, vocabulary development, pronunciation, grammar, reading, listening, and written communication depending on what the student needs most. I encourage students to speak as much as possible and use English throughout the lesson.
A typical lesson starts with a short conversation or review of the previous session, followed by the main topic or skill we are working on. We then practice through examples, questions, exercises, and real-life situations. I finish by reviewing the key points and suggesting simple activities the student can practice independently.
My strengths as a tutor are patience, clear communication, adaptability, and creating a comfortable environment where students are not afraid of making mistakes. As an international university student studying in an English-speaking academic environment, I understand the importance of communicating clearly and confidently in English.
My lessons are suitable for beginners, school and university students, and anyone who wants to improve their spoken English, vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, or general communication skills. I can also help students who want to improve their English for academic, travel, or everyday communication purposes.
