Gill understands what her students need. She is able to identify where my son needs extra support while ensuring that he feels safe and secure in the lesson. My son tends to be a nervous learner that needs reassurance and boosts to his confidence. Gill regularly reminds him that mistakes are needed to grow and learn. As she continues to push him outside his comfort zone we are seeing gains in his learning and confidence.
