Ms. Shriya has been an excellent teacher and mentor. We got in touch with her only a few weeks before Aditya’s exams, yet she quickly identified areas for improvement. Aditya scored 93 in World Literature, a high A*, thanks to her consistent guidance, detailed feedback, and corrections. She was able to identify the right strategy at the right time, which made a significant difference to his preparation. Her support helped him boost his grade considerably in a very short time.
Truly appreciate the effort and guidance. Thank you, Ms. Shriya.

Choosing Ms. Shriya was honestly one of the best decisions we made for our daughter. She had the potential, but struggled to translate her ideas into the kind of answers Edexcel rewards. Shriya worked closely with her on writing, analysis and exam technique, and her examiner level feedback was always specific and easy to apply. We saw a noticeable change in both her confidence and the quality of her answers. She went on to achieve a Grade 8 in Edexcel IGCSE English in June 2026. We couldn’t be happier with the result and would highly recommend Ms. Shriya to any parent looking for a genuinely dedicated English tutor.

Dear Ms. Shriya, thank you for being a fantastic teacher to Pedro. Your determination and attention to detail have helped him score an A* (97) in his final IGCSE board examinations. Pedro has grown into a very confident young man from a shy little kid who used to hesitate in studying the English language. May students continue reaching greater heights through your teaching, and may you continue to shine like the star you are. You are a brilliant teacher who understands students very well!

By practicing with Ms. Rao, my child was able to improve in areas he used to struggle with for First Language English, such as point identification. He generally didn't enjoy writing essays much at first, but practicing the required skills during Ms. Rao's classes helped him succeed in the actual board exams, getting A* (95) in IGCSE First Language English and A* (92) in IGCSE English Literature in the May/June 2026 session. Overall, Ms. Rao is always punctual to her classes and is a very confident and skilled teacher.

We reached out to Ms. Rao on a colleague’s recommendation, and it made all the difference for my daughter's IGCSE English. Ms. Rao brings tremendous subject expertise and a rare gift for breaking down complex analytical points into clear, approachable ideas. Watching my daughter's confidence and writing transform was wonderful, and that guidance translated directly into her May/June 2026 results by securing a 92 (A*) in Language and a 96 (A*) in Literature. Thank you very much for all the magic you've done Ms. Rao.

Ms. Shriya is truly a one-of-a-kind teacher. When my son began English lessons with Ms. Shriya, he had been assessed at a very low grade by his school teacher, leaving us deeply concerned about his prospects for the IGCSE examination.

From the outset, Ms. Shriya carefully assessed his abilities and established both short- and long-term goals tailored to his needs. Through her structured and methodical approach, consistent encouragement, discipline, and unwavering support, she guided him step by step—from strengthening foundational skills to mastering exam-style questions. This not only improved his academic performance but also built the confidence he needed to approach his exams with a positive mindset.

His final A* in IGCSE English is a remarkable achievement and a testament not only to his hard work but also to Ms. Shriya’s guidance, dedication, patience, and expertise. She transformed what once seemed impossible into a reality.

We will always be grateful for the positive impact she has had on our son's academic journey and wholeheartedly recommend her tutoring services to any student striving to achieve their full potential.

I highly recommend Ms. Shriya Rao for GCSE English and French. Her lessons were engaging, well-structured and enjoyable, and my child genuinely looked forward to every session. Her dedication, teaching and exam guidance made an incredible difference to his performance.

In the May 2026 GCSE exams, he achieved 97 (A*) in English Language, 94 (A*) in English Literature and 96 (A*) in French. Honestly, no other teacher could have done it the way Ms. Rao did. We are incredibly grateful for her support and would wholeheartedly recommend her. Thank you Ms. Rao for making Giovanni a champion and giving him all the confidence he needed!

Ms. Shriya has been of immense help and support to our son and daughter. We found her online and she has been a performing star. Wishing you the best.

Ms. Shriya Made All the Difference for My Daughter’s IGCSE English

This is a testament to Ms. Rao's success with my daughter's A* in IGCSE Board exams 2024. We’ve worked with several IGCSE English tutors in the past, and while they were good, my daughter still struggled to pinpoint why her answers weren’t hitting the mark. No United Kingdom teachers could pinpoint it with precision. That’s where Ms. Shriya stood out.

From the very first session, Ms. Shriya approached teaching with a unique perspective — she helped my daughter understand her mistakes from an examiner’s point of view. This was a real breakthrough. Instead of just focusing on the syllabus, she explained *why* certain answers didn’t score well and how to address those gaps.

My daughter gained so much clarity about structuring her answers, analyzing texts, and presenting ideas in a way that met IGCSE standards. For the first time, she truly understood where she was falling short and how to improve.

Thanks to Ms. Shriya’s guidance, my daughter has grown more confident and now approaches her exams with a clear strategy. Her A* in the board exam speaks volumes about Ms. Shriya's dedication and enjoyable lessons.

I highly recommend Ms. Shriya to anyone looking for focused, effective, and practical IGCSE English coaching!

I cannot thank Shriya enough for the incredible progress my children have made under her guidance over the past two years. When we moved from Singapore to Qatar, my son—an introvert—was struggling with IGCSE English and French, starting with a ‘D’ grade. Shriya's warm and empathetic approach helped him come out of his shell and develop a genuine interest in the subjects. Through her consistent encouragement and well-structured lessons, he achieved the unthinkable—an A* in both subjects!
My daughter, who is in the IB program, also benefitted immensely from Shriya’s teaching. She started with a 3/7 in French during Year 1 but, thanks to Shriya’s tailored teaching methods and exceptional resources, she improved steadily and ultimately achieved a perfect 7/7 in her IB board exams. Shriya's ability to connect with her students, combined with her focus on building confidence and mastering exam techniques, makes her truly one of a kind.
Both my children now look forward to her classes, which are engaging, well-structured, and personalised to meet their unique learning needs. Shriya has not just been a tutor but a mentor who has played a crucial role in their academic success. I wholeheartedly recommend her to any parent looking for a dedicated and highly effective tutor.

Excellent teacher !!!

Shriya is an amazing teacher who handled both my children for 10th grade IGCSE English. She accesses individual strengths and weakness and tailors the classes accordingly. She is a great listener and gets into the shoes of the student guiding them through their tough sections. Her resources are extremely helpful and she has been a great mentor to both my children. Under Shriya’s guidance, my daughter’s grade in the IGCSE boards increased from B to A, while my son is confident to take his IGCSE boards next month. I would strongly recommend her for English IGCSE to make it an easy journey for kids trying to bump up their grades. Apart from all this, she is a great friend and is easily approachable. Very understanding person who customises the entire learning process. Extremely happy to have associated with her and we wish her the very best !!!
