I am a business management professional who has a profound interest in health and well-being. I have helped many of my friends and acquaintances to regain normalcy after they faced traumatic episodes in their life. Social isolation can lead to a variety of mental health problems like stress and depression and I would love to extend help to anyone who needs support. Together we can overcome the toughest challenges and feel the beauty in the simplest of things.
