À propos de Selim
Currently pursuing my Master's degree in Computer Science at ETHZ, I have 3+ years of experience as a TA in both EPFL and ETHZ, which consisted of preparing and giving university-level lectures as well as offering personalised support to students. Over the years, I realised I am fueled by the desire to share my passions (mathematics, Computer Science, AI) with other people, and that I find great pleasure in helping students understanding complicated ideas. My goal is that you see and understand as best as possible the underpinnings of these complex topics just as I do :)

-As abstract and rigorous Mathematics and Computer Science can be, my first goal is for you to understand the logic and intuition behind some complex topics. My goal for my students is not to learn the subject matter by heart, but to be able to develop a thorough, logical reasoning for any problem, and to have a solid foundation in core Mathematics / CS topics
- My class always starts by understanding my student, establish what they might or might not understand, and from there follow a plan to better understand the different topics and be able to solve personalised exercises
- I mainly target high-school student and students starting their Bachelor's, who want help in better understanding Mathematics or CS
- PS: I also offer classes for adults who might want to understand the different facets of AI (my specialisation in my current graduate studies)
