À propos de Michael
I believe that my professional background experiences gives me an advantage when teaching Business English. I have had a number of IETLS students who have successfully completed the exam and are now studying and working in the UK and USA. Students need to have have a pre-intermediate level of English and above and the lessons are normally and hour and a half to two hours duration depending on the students requirements. These can either be at my home or via SKPE. I also run small conversation groups for adults who want English for travel or just to maintain their existing level.

Prior to coming to Belgium I worked as an IT project manager for a large supermarket company in the UK for 25 years. I then worked for the NHS for 7 years and was the Director of a Medical Centre in West London before moving permanently to Belgium in 2003.
My lessons are focused on the students requirements depending on the sector in which they work. For example I have 18 years experience teaching in the medical and pharmaceutical sectors and my lessons were tailored to each individual students requirements such as presentations, patient/doctor interaction and general socialising . They also involve a lot of conversation by the student along with audio and video work to introduce new vocabulary.
