Over the years I have successfully managed to figure out several techniques to combat the very real side effects of this neurological disorder.
I also have ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) I was diagnosed when I was 6. So I completely understand how tough life can be when not managed correctly. I can help you take the next steps and get life back on track.

We can simply discuss life or I can walk you through my experience and share some simple techniques that have really been life changing.
