Hi! I’m Gerard, a licensed dietitian-nutritionist from Spain, now based in Nyon, Switzerland. I hold a degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics, and I’m passionate about helping people improve their health through sustainable nutrition, balanced habits, and a positive relationship with food. Beyond the science of nutrition, I truly care about people. That’s why my coaching is not just about what to eat, it’s about understanding your lifestyle, your challenges, and creating a plan that feels both realistic and effective. I’m also deeply interested in movement, calisthenics, and outdoor training. My personal lifestyle reflects the values I share with my clients: simplicity, consistency, and long-term wellbeing. In our sessions, I listen carefully to your needs, assess your current habits, and guide you step by step with clear explanations and strategies that make sense for you. You’ll receive a tailored nutrition plan with realistic recommendations, adapted shopping lists, and optional follow-up support. My coaching is suitable for people who: – Want to eat better and feel lighter without restrictive diets – Struggle with bloating, tiredness, or poor digestion – Have health or fitness goals and want a clear structure – Need help making sustainable food choices in a busy routine Together, we’ll create a long-term approach that feels doable, enjoyable, and effective.
