À propos de Chiara
Why do I want to give private lessons in Chemistry (many would say it’s masochism)? In reality, it’s a true passion that I would love to share with others, perhaps with a less academic and more vital, philosophical approach. At ETH Zurich, I spend many hours every week in the laboratory, so I also bring a hands-on perspective to the subject (sometimes things even explode ;) ). Outside of science, I enjoy playing the piano and practicing kickboxing; two activities that give me strong emotions, creativity, and above all a sense of discipline that I also bring into my study.

I want to make Chemistry understood, since it is often disliked because of stereotypes. To me, Chemistry is philosophy, music, art, micro and macro. By understanding Chemistry, one can understand the world around us and maybe even the secrets of the universe. My method is based on building a deep understanding of concepts, going down to the foundations of each problem. I am not a fan of rote memorization; instead, I believe in achieving a 360-degree comprehension of this incredible subject. My lessons are aimed at high school students who want to strengthen their skills in Chemistry, Mathematics or Physics, whether to improve their grades, prepare for exams, or simply develop curiosity and confidence in science. I offer lessons in German, Italian and English.
