I have started Kick Boxing some weeks ago with Lisa, as my first collective sport with a coach. I am impressed how motivated I am to join the sessions 3 times a week (for about 55 minutes). I just love it and will continue the trainings with Lisa. Lisa has strong training methods to pass along her knowledge with clear explanations and demonstrations. She takes time to show how the movements should be to make sure we do it properly to increase the level of difficulty. She is fantastic and I highly recommend her! Lisa urges us to always perform better. Our sessions begin with the general warm up of the body, then the kick boxing itself (arms movements, with legs including exercises with gloves and boxing training bag) and we finish our sessions with the stretching. It is 50-55 minutes full of intensity and it is real pleasure having Lisa as a coach.

I highly recommend Lisa as she always finds an individual approach to a student and really knows what she's doing. She is very attentive to your technique and general fitness. My goal was to to improve my stamina and our training sessions helped me a lot!
