À propos de Martina
Hi! I'm Martina, I have a master's degree in Physics and I'm currently doing my PhD in Belgium. I have been tutoring high school students for several years and have also tutored at the university in Physics, Electromagnetism, and Calculus for STEM students. I am used to having students with different backgrounds of knowledge, and I like to structure my lessons in such a way as to quickly fill in the gaps and help students pass tests and make up for failed exams, and eventually work on strengthening their knowledge in the long term. I am also trained and experienced in teaching people with learning disorders and disabilities.

The lesson is always divided into a theory review and exercises. The theoretical part consists of explaining the theory itself and providing diagrams, summaries, and formulas. In the first part, I focus on identifying the student's learning gaps and create a tailored learning program to reach short-term goals, such as a test or exam, and then integrate long-term learning strengthening. The exercises are presented in order of increasing difficulty, starting with the simplest ones. The first exercises are conducted in a fully guided manner, gradually giving the student greater independence as the lesson progresses. Theory and exercises are drawn from the student's textbooks or from other sources at an appropriate level. The lessons are tailored to the student's specific needs and, eventually, to any learning disabilities, for which I have received training during my years of tutoring at university.
