À propos de Fatemeh
Hi! I'm Fatemeh, an English teacher from Iran, currently living in Lyon, France, where I'm pursuing my Master's degree in Human Rights and Diplomacy.
I've been teaching English for five years, working with teenagers and adults of different ages, backgrounds, and proficiency levels. Teaching started as a job for me, but over the years, it became something I genuinely love.
My favorite part has always been seeing my students grow, especially those who start out shy or convinced that they're simply not good at languages. There's something incredibly rewarding about watching them become more confident and realize how much they're actually capable of.
I'm also a language learner myself! I speak Azerbaijani, Persian, and English, and I'm currently learning French and Korean. So believe me, I know how frustrating it can be when you know exactly what you want to say but can't quite find the words!
Outside of teaching, I'm passionate about human rights, different cultures, and meeting people from around the world. I'm naturally curious, I love a good conversation, and I believe we can learn something from everyone we meet.
For me, teaching is about much more than explaining grammar or correcting mistakes. It's about connecting with people, sharing knowledge, and helping someone achieve something they once thought was difficult.

I believe learning English should be enjoyable, practical, and something you actually look forward to!
With five years of teaching experience, I've learned that every student is different, so I don't believe in using the exact same approach with everyone.
I like to start by getting to know you, your goals, your level, and what you find difficult. From there, we'll work together on a learning plan that suits you.
My lessons are interactive and usually include conversations, real-life situations, vocabulary, grammar, and activities that help you actually use what you've learned.
I also pay close attention to your progress and give regular feedback, so you'll always know what you're improving and what we can work on next.
Most importantly, I want my students to feel comfortable making mistakes, asking questions, and speaking without fear of being judged. I'm patient, encouraging, and I love seeing students gradually become more confident.
Whether you're a complete beginner or just want to polish your English, we'll take it one step at a time, at your own pace!
