I apply the coaching framework of Columbia University in New York, which is based on positive psychology, neuroscience and organisational psychology. In addition to coaching methodologies, I have extensive experience in transformations, change and adoptions. My experience has been gained by moving every 5 years to a new country, and making sure that my family members adapt well and thrive. As a result, my 19 yo daughter is a self-sufficient entrepreneur, while studying Law at London School of Economics. While my 17 yo son is a world champion in wake-boarding while doing great at school.
My signature strength is helping you see the big picture and consider your choices from different perspectives.
