Hi! I’m SHIYU. I’m an artist from Guangdong, China, and I’ve recently moved to Paris to continue my creative journey.
Before landing in France, I spent eight years working in the Shanghai art scene. If you’re into Art, Cinema, Music, Fashion, Gaming, or the Humanities, I’m your person! We can dive into the Chinese language through the things that actually inspire you, rather than just following a dry textbook.

🪧The Basics: If you’re just starting out, we can keep it simple with foundational Chinese to get you comfortable with the basics.
🪧Deep Dive Conversations: If you want something more engaging, we can build our lessons around topics you’re actually passionate about.
🪧Cinema & Society: For example, we could watch a great Chinese film and discuss its artistic vision, its connection to traditional culture, or even the social issues and groups it represents.
🪧Customized Lessons: I’ll design a customized learning plan just for you. From Accent Reduction and Daily Conversation to Vocabulary building and Written Expression, we’ll focus on exactly what you need.
