À propos de Yukta

Je suis étudiante et j'enseigne le français à travers les frais de scolarité depuis 2 ans. Ce fut une expérience écrasante pour moi. Enseigner à quelqu'un, c'est comme recommencer. Jusqu'à présent, j'ai enseigné à de nombreux étudiants de CBSE et à quelques personnes qui voulaient acquérir des compétences de base en communication en français.

À propos du cours

Étant moi-même apprenant une langue, je sais combien il peut être difficile de mémoriser toutes les règles de grammaire et de suivre le nouveau vocabulaire que vous apprenez. Par conséquent, j'enseigne à mes élèves toutes les tactiques que j'ai utilisées pour faciliter leur processus d'apprentissage. J'aime aussi proposer de nouvelles idées afin de rendre l'apprentissage amusant pour les enfants et les garder motivés, ce qui comprend des jeux de rôle, des projections de films, etc. J'enseigne à tous les apprenants français, que ce soit des débutants voulant apprendre à partir de zéro, des francophones souhaitant perfectionner la langue ou les étudiants souhaitant obtenir des diplômes comme le DELF A1 / A2 ou d'autres qualifications professionnelles, ainsi que les étudiants des classes 4ème à 10ème sous le conseil CBSE. Bon apprentissage !!

Excellent ! Yukta has been teaching French to my 7 year old twins remotely. She is very hard working and comes prepared for the lessons. Her teaching methodology involves using lot of props like audio/video recordings, pictures, activities like match the column etc. She is very good in engaging kids in the subject. Her pleasant disposition helps kids being friendly with her quickly. I liked her way of teaching and would strongly recommend her.

The two kids are the sweetest little things. I love to teach them. Plus they enjoy learning too. It's amazing how they take doubts when they are unable to understand something. I mean this is how we learn, right ?!

Prutha is an amazing student. She's enthusiastic about learning French. She does her homework on time and I would say as a beginner she's really quick in learning the pronunciations

It was great with him. He already knows German Language, which I believe is amazing. And it is so good to know that he too loves the French language. He is a quick learner and I enjoy the sessions with him.

Tell us more about your subject. How did you develop an interest in this field?
For me, French language is not only a subject, but, it has become a part of my life. A day without reading something in this language feels incomplete. And as far as how did I develop an interest in this field, I'd say it is because of my teacher. He was such an amazing teacher that I fell in love with this language. And now I miss being his student :(
What or who is the motivation behind you choosing to teach & why?
First motivation I'd say was 'Money'; as I come from a financially unstable family and needed to earn money to pay my tuition fee at college. But as I started teaching I actually started enjoying it. Looking at all those innocent and beautiful kids, this is what motivates me to teach and teach better each day <33.
How does your work help society?
I believe education is the best contribution one can make to build a better society. Helping children shape their future, taking them a step further towards their brighter selves is what I believe is necessary as an educator. Keeping them engaged and involved in learning and then motivating and guiding them to apply it in their lives is my true job.
If you had to think of a role model for your work, who do you think of & why?
It has to be my own teachers of course who led me to where I stand today. If it weren't for their push, I'd never would have thought about taking up teaching. So yes, they are my role models and I look up to them and wish I make them proud one day.
Tell us about your hobbies outside teaching.
So being a language student myself, other than teaching, I love studying!! And well, studying these days has evolved a lot. It is no more the old conventional way of studying via only books. These days we have movies, songs and several videos to learn. Apart from this I love to exercise and keep myself physically active among this sedantary life.
Do you have an anecdote to tell us about your student or professional life?
Yes, I have plenty ;)

So while we are students, we have a nickname for all our teachers. Sometimes it reflects their qualities, but most of the times it's the other way round 😅 Back then we had no idea how must the teachers feel about it. But now when I hear things about myself, both good as well as bad, I realize, being a teacher is a tough job. The level of patience and love we need to handle children can't be expressed. Although it can be overwhelming and tiring sometimes, but I love what I'm doing.

P.S. I love it when my children praise me and my teaching. It just makes my day so much happier and accomplished <3
