À propos de Marie
Hello, I am Marie, a student living in Bordeaux.
I come from the Czech Republic where I've lived all my life, but my dad is Canadian so I knew English since I could talk.
I moved to Bordeaux to learn about the French culture, to meet amazing people and make new connections, and to improve my French language skills. I study economy and business at the University of Bordeaux.
I play the violin and I sing. I also practice various sports, such as climbing, running and swimming. I love to travel and explore new destinations.
I always seek for challenges. That is why I moved to a foreign country all alone at a very young age! I hope you find my profile and my story interesting.

I am here not only to help you improve your speaking skills, but also to talk about various interesting topics, gain confidence in English and simply have fun with you on this journey to a better English!
Since I come from a bilingual family, I consider English my mother tongue language. I have been giving English lessons since I was 13 years old. I have the CAE certificate.
I also speak fluent French, but I am not a fan of translating when it comes to learning languages naturally. So no "google-translate'' during my lessons!
During my lessons, we will be discussing attractive topics that will make you want to speak English all day long!
We will play simulation games, engage in debates, exchange opinions and much more.
Contact me to set up a meeting! I also give online lessons, but I prefer to teach my students in person!
