A lifelong lover of health and wellness, my mission is to help people feel their best — physically and mentally — by deepening their connection to their bodies through mindful movement.
My journey with Pilates began years ago, and it quickly became clear how transformative this practice is in everyday life. It helped me feel stronger, more aligned, and more present — and I knew I wanted to share that with others. So I made a bold decision: I left a successful career in banking to turn my passion into a purpose-driven business.
Today, I guide women through personalized Pilates sessions that support posture, relieve back pain, and build strength from the inside out.

Pilates with Me offers a range of sessions for all levels and abilities — whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced mover. Join me in person, online, or from the comfort of your own home. My goal is to help you strengthen your body, improve flexibility, enhance posture, and feel great — physically and mentally — through mindful, empowering movement.
My concept:
* Private 1:1 Sessions – at my studio, your place or online
* Duet Sessions – train with your partner or a friend
* Pilates & Wellness Retreats – recharge, move, and reconnect
