Hello
I am an Italian personal trainer and I live in Paris, where I work.
I will offer online and in person coaching.
I will give to those who will be followed by me the opportunity to reach their aesthetic and strength goals with PERSONALIZED workouts according to their needs, possibilities and equipment.
Mainly I deal with home work out and street workouts (street workout and calisthenics).
I am a certified Pt and have +10 years of experience and training.

My approach is based on a free body workout, without the use of weights or various equipments, then if you have we will find a way to integrate them;).
The cost of the program which include whastapp assistance h 24(for sending videos and doubts related the program) and a help for a diet plan is 50 euros.
The streaming class price is 15 euro extra , but if you get a package of minimum 8 per month you would pay just 30 euro the program.
Price would change for lessons in person, which is 30 euro per hour or 25 if you come closer to me in specific parks.
