I’m a certified yoga teacher (500+ hours) and psychologist with over 4 years experience teaching. I specialize in holistic practices that blend movement, breathwork, meditation and mindfulness, adapting each session to the physical and emotional needs of my students.
I create a safe, inclusive space where you can slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and build strength, flexibility and calm. I also integrate tools from psychology to support mental well-being and nervous system regulation, making each session a full mind-body experience.
My teaching style is warm, attentive, and adaptable, ensuring everyone feels supported while encouraging them to explore and grow. I’m passionate about helping you find balance in your busy live, whether through movement, mindful breathing or restorative practices and I love sharing tools that you can carry off the mat into everyday life.
