À propos de Diana
I discovered yoga 8 years ago when I decided to leave my beloved Egypt to settle in Switzerland. When things got rough, Yoga always seemed to give me a slight of hope, creating a safe space for me to express my feelings throughout my practice. I fell in love with the potentiality of our bodies and how deeply it is connected to our minds. A radiance of good energy and lots of fun always shine when practicing yoga and even more when sharing it with others.

My classes are open to all levels. Beginners are more than welcomed.
I usually add a pranayama in the beginning of my classes and put some music.
A guided meditation and breathing pattern is given during the class.
