I really enjoy my French lessons with Jocelyn! As a native French speaker, he currently lives in Brazil, and I love chatting with him about his experiences in the country, as well as France and cultural differences. His clear explanations help me understand the language better and clarify any points I find difficult. Our lessons feel natural, engaging, and enriching. I highly recommend him!

Jocelyn is a wonderful French tutor! He is patient, kind, professional, and makes every online lesson engaging and enjoyable. He explains everything clearly and creates a comfortable environment for learning. He is very attentive to the student’s needs and always encouraging and supportive. We have been very happy with the lessons and the progress made. I highly recommend Jocelyn to anyone looking to learn or improve their French!

Jojo’s curriculum is thorough, well paced and immersive if needed. The teacher Anne-Laure is really patient and pleasant to work with, as she has a good sense of what one’s sticking points are. Would def recommend their French curriculum as the language is coming back to me quicker than I would have expected.

I really enjoy my French classes with Jojo. What I like most is that we practice a lot of conversation, always around interesting topics. For me, this is the most important part of learning a language.

I also really appreciate the grammar work, especially conjugation. My favorite classes are the ones that combine conversation and grammar, because when I try to express myself, I often realize that there are grammatical points I’m still missing. Jojo is very good at identifying these difficulties and explaining them clearly.

He is a patient, knowledgeable and attentive teacher who adapts the lessons to my needs and interests. His classes are always varied, useful and enjoyable. I highly recommend Jojo to anyone who wants to improve their French!

My classes with Jocelyn have been phenomenal. He’s very personally and outgoing while also still super knowledgeable. I am a linguist by trade so learning French with someone who has a great grasp on French grammar and how to explain it to an English speaker has been phenomenal! I highly recommend anyone taking classes with him. You’ll definitely see an improvement after a few classes and exponentially more after a few months! You’ll never regret the decision to learn and/or improve your French, but you will regret not trying!

Excellent teacher. He has a strong command of the subject and extensive experience, explaining concepts in a clear, organized, and easy-to-understand way. He is very patient when answering questions, always encourages learning, and creates a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere with his sense of humor. He is also always available to help and genuinely cares about his students' progress. I highly recommend him!

Learning French with Jocelyn has been a really positive experience. Every lesson is different, engaging, and adapted to what I need. I especially appreciate the way he creates a relaxed atmosphere while still helping me make real progress. I always leave class feeling like I’ve learned something new.

I really enjoy my French lessons with Jocelyn. He is encouraging, creative, and genuinely invested in helping his students improve. The classes are practical, interactive, and adapted to my goals. I’ve noticed a real difference in my French since I started, and I would absolutely recommend him.

Jocelyn has a great way of making French feel much less intimidating. His classes are well structured but never boring, and he explains things clearly when I have difficulties. I’ve become much more comfortable expressing myself in French, and the lessons are always something I look forward to.

The teacher is very organized, and the lessons are dynamic and enjoyable. He explains everything clearly, is very patient, and makes learning feel easy and engaging. I highly recommend!

Jocelyn was recommended to me by a friend, and it turned out to be a wonderful surprise. He provides exceptionally well-structured learning materials through Google Classroom, so there's no need to spend money on textbooks. He also offers an exercise app and an extensive study resource library. He is extremely patient and an excellent teacher, and his lessons are both enjoyable and effective. I highly recommend him!

Learning French with Jocelyn has been truly amazing. He is incredibly friendly and always very patient, even when I struggle with the simplest things. His lessons are well-prepared and easy to follow, and I love how everything is organized on his learning platform. The assignments are very helpful. I feel like I am finally making real progress.

If you want to improve your French this is the way to do it! I have been taking private lessons with Jojo once a week for the last month and I already feel so much more confident with my French conversation. The program material provided is extensive and thorough and you can access it to study at anytime. Jojo is so positive and supportive and I have benefited so much from the 1 to 1 tutoring. I highly recommend!!!

Professor Jocelyn is amazing! I was very satisfied, and I will definitely continue taking lessons with him. The classes are extremely fun, which makes learning much more enjoyable and engaging. I truly couldn't recommend anyone better. In addition, he is a very friendly, patient, and understanding person. All I can say is: take lessons with him! You won't regret it.

I started learning French from scratch with a focus on business travel. With great patience and excellent teaching skills, Jojo taught me—and continues to teach me—in a wonderful way. The lessons are dynamic, conversations flow naturally, and I have overcome my fear of speaking to strangers or making mistakes when I speak. Jojo is very attentive, dedicated, and always adapts to my crazy schedule. I am extremely happy and proud of my progress. I highly recommend him!

Lessons with Jojo helped me improve my French a lot. In just two lessons, he was able to completely adapt his content to my needs and my level. I had many difficulties with pronunciation, accent, and grammar, and these lessons helped me tremendously. Jojo is dynamic, motivating, and very nice, and I made progress over the weeks thanks to his classes. Thank you again, and I highly recommend him!

Jocelyn uses an excellent methodology that strengthens grammar, pronunciation, comprehension, and writing skills, combined with digital solutions that make lessons easier and more efficient. I already had a foundation in French, especially in speaking, but I needed to improve my grammar, and the classes with the professor have helped me develop and refine this skill.

He is an incredible teacher. He puts so much dedication into preparing the materials and the virtual learning environment. After just one month, I already feel comfortable reading some materials. He understands exactly how fast to go at certain moments and when to focus more on others. I’m delighted — he has far exceeded my expectations! I’m definitely not letting him go anytime soon :)

Jojo is organized with plenty of different sorts of material at the ready and can pivot immediately if we request a focus on something. There are two of us taking this and working around our interests and knowledge is harder than having just one person to tutor! I particularly appreciate the skills-related work on listening. I think that's one of the hardest things to learn and the concentration on that is great.

Jocelyn is an excellent teacher. Super fun, energetic, and very personable. He makes the lessons interesting and I feel I'm learning a lot in a short period of time. If you are interested in learning French, or other languages he teaches, I would not hesitate to work with him. I give him a 5 STAR RATING and I'm looking forward to my next class.

Jocelyn is an exceptional teacher. He is very in tune with the needs of his students and provides an exceptional array of online materials to support students' learning. When I first started classes with Jojo in April, I could barely string a sentence together. Now, 6 short months later, I feel comfortable and confident speaking French in a wide variety of contexts, including but not limited to everyday errands, medical appointments, and even my appointment with the OFII for my integration into France. I recommend Jocelyn to any students wishing to learn French because his classes are structured and rich, he has a very friendly and warm personality, and he's replaced my crippling anxiety when speaking French with a confidence and excitement I couldn't imagine having such a short time ago. Thank you so much, Jocelyn!
