Professeure de Hatha Yoga, j'ai fait ma première formation de 200 heures en Octobre 2020 en Slow Yoga en présentiel, suivi par une formation en ligne en janvier - juin 2021. J'enseigne aujour'hui le yoga en ligne aux petites groupes.
