Carole helped me to gain some of my strength back post partum. She has perfectly adjusted the type and intensity of the yoga and pilates practice to my needs and had a lot of knowledge regarding how to improve the different issues in my body through yoga/pilates.

It was lovely to see that she was so kind and patient with my baby who was scooting around the room while we practiced. When my toddler came in to join us, she involved her right away in a playful way and also guided us through some mommy daughter yoga positions.

In a yoga fitness class that I later attended with her regularly she did a intense and mindful workout which was just the perfect way to start into my weekend!
