Sandra est une enseignante fantastique - non seulement en raison de sa grande compréhension de la langue, de la grammaire et du vocabulaire, mais également parce qu’elle est une enseignante vraiment capable. En apprenant avec Sandra, je me suis sentie beaucoup plus confiante et j'ai développé mes compétences linguistiques en français beaucoup plus rapidement.

andra est une grande enseignante! I have been learning french with Sandra for 10 months now and was a complete novice when I started! I am not yet fully conversational BUT through classes that were adapted to my interests and learning style, I now have a solid foundation in French. I am able to express not only my basic needs - ie request items, exchange pleasantries etc, but also share my opinions on non - standard topics. I have also gained 'an ear' for french meaning I can now understand the general flow of a conversation. All-in-all - Great teacher, who provides awesome tips and advice for learning outside of class and is suuuper patient.

La première chose que j'ai appréciée chez Sandra, c'est sa rapidité d'action.
Après un premier échange, Sandra a su analyser très rapidement mon niveau et me proposer un plan d'accompagnement individuel afin d'atteindre mes objectifs.
La dimension humaine, que Sandra apporte, permet des échanges qualitatifs et pertinents au regard de mes besoins.
Merci

An excellent teacher, very patient. She excels at developing a students confidence.

Sandra was my Superprof French teacher for a year in Paris. I came to Paris to work and with no idea of French. With her I improved significantly my French but I also got to love this language. Sandra is very professional, easy-going, encouraging... and makes the most of the time during the lessons. I honestly recommend Sandra to whom wants to learn or improve French.

I moved to France 2 months ago and already knew a decent level of French. But Sandra will explain those small things in a language and culture that actually mean a lot. For example, phrases like "j’ai kiffe" and "je suis gonfle a bloc". These are things that are not in the dictionary and cannot be learned in the classroom. She gives gestures and intonations that are super helpful. I like that she is patient with me and understands my background, having lived in San Francisco. I know it really helps in her teaching others. I highly recommend her for her demeanor, organization and reliance as well. Sign up for her course! She is totally worth it!

I have worked with Sandra for 16 months, both in person in France while in Paris and via Skype. I have used another tutor in the past and have taken numerous courses (at the Alliance Française, while at university, etc.) and Sandra is the best teacher I have had. I say this as a professor at a university myself: she is infinitely patient, clues in on the subtleties too many of my own grammar and textbooks have missed, and works hard to figure out which types of exercises work best for me. She has given me the confidence from having only reading ability and being virtually speechless in French after years of not speaking the language to being able to present my own work in front of a large audience in French this past year. I cannot recommend her enough--she was a very lucky find for me.

Sandra is a very effective tutor. She helped me with all aspects of learning French, from pronunciation and grammar to writing essays and making presentations. Not only does she know her subject matter, she has the ability to communicate clearly. She makes learning French a fun and enjoyable process. I recommend her highly.

I have been studying with Sandra for over a year and we have Skype lessons now that she is back in France. I like the fact that her accent is perfect Parisienne, she has a full knowledge of modern French phrases and she can add notes during Skype that I can read back and practice my pronunciation at the end of every lesson. We get along great and have wide ranging discussions on art, music, film, food, history as well as some technology areas that are important to my professional work in Europe. I feel that I have significantly improved on my basic communication in French and now am adding more advanced vocabulary.
