À propos de Daria
After finishing professional sport career in rhythmic gymnastics and dance, I have discovered Yoga. First it was purely physical exercising, but with time I learned to align my breath and thoughts.
I learned to refocus and trust my body.
My teaching is based on balancing between postures and breathing, between strength and flexibility.
I will support you in your yoga journey and make sure that you will enjoy and grow with each practice.
P.S. I offer classes in English but I am ready to give instructions in French as well.

A graduate of Transformational Yoga School, I offer dynamic, creative and varied flows that combine stretching and relaxation.
Helping you to move gracefully, consciously and with respect, we will practice variations of asanas, as well as patience and gratitude, discovering and extending our limits of our bodies .
If you were afraid of the word "Flexible" - we will work together on surpassing this fear and actually enjoying the process. Remember: key to success is consistency ;)

I have been practicing yoga with Daria for almost 6 months now and it has been a wonderful journey! She is a passionate teacher and her yoga classes are a perfect mix of physical workout and deep connection with breathing and inner self. The practice is focused on well thought and easy to follow Vinyasa flows and a bit of stretching which is what I was looking for. I would highly recommend Daria to anyone who is just starting or already continuing their yoga practice!
Même si tu veux seulement te relaxer ou améliorer ta technique, Daria adapte ses cours à ton niveau et besoins. Ses cours vous font relier votre sprint a votre corps grâce à sa maitrise en yoga vinyasa, En autre, Daria est aussi une gymnaste professionnelle et spécialiste du stretching, ce qui fait d’elle une excellente guide pour achever correctement les postures. Aussi elle est super sympa, 100% recommandé
