À propos d'Edie
Hi, I’m Edie, a certified yoga teacher originally from Taiwan, now based in Amiens, France after 16 years in London. I teach yoga in English and Mandarin Chinese, offering both in-person classes in Amiens and online sessions.
My yoga journey is rooted in dynamic movement, breathwork, music and mindful practice. I completed my 250-hour yoga teacher training in 2020, followed by additional training in Rocket 4 Beat, Music X Yoga and Restorative Yoga. My regular practice includes Mysore Ashtanga, Dharma Yoga, Rocket and 4 Beat yoga.
Since 2022, I have taught corporate wellness classes, outdoor yoga, run club sessions, community events and online classes through Local Yogis. I have also taught at Light Centre Yoga Studio in London.
My teaching style focuses on helping students build strength, flexibility, balance, confidence and self-acceptance. I enjoy creating classes that are energising, grounding and accessible, adapting each session to the student’s level and personal goals.

My yoga classes are designed to help you build strength, flexibility, balance and confidence through mindful movement. Each session is adapted to your level, experience and personal goals, whether you are completely new to yoga or already have a regular practice.
Classes can include dynamic Vinyasa, Rocket-inspired flow, Ashtanga-inspired sequences, breathwork, mobility work, deep stretching and relaxation. I also offer gentler restorative sessions for stress relief, recovery and improving body awareness.
A typical class starts with breath awareness and a gentle warm-up, then moves into a flowing sequence to build heat, strength and focus. We finish with stretching, relaxation and grounding so you leave feeling both energised and calm.
I focus on clear guidance, safe alignment, steady breathing and helping students feel comfortable in their own body. The class can be strong and dynamic, or slow and restorative depending on what you need.
