À propos de Benjamin
With alliance certifications as a 500hr-Experienced Yoga Teacher, RCYT, and YACEP as well as the Senior European Trainer for Rainbow Kids and Rainbow Partner Yoga, I have studied, practiced, and instructed Vinyasa style yoga as well as Global Meditation Techniques since 2014. Adept at in-person and online instruction, I delight in guiding children, families, couples, groups, and retreats in their Union with the Divine.

Joy is my foundation. From there we can explore the dynamic aspects of asana and dance, as well as the profound elements of focused concentration. I believe that we are always perfectly placed in the moment where enlightenment can shine through, as we are ready to embrace it.
