I’m a certified yoga teacher with a Master’s in Nutrition & Health Science. I’ve worked in the wellness space for several years and personally used yoga to recover from burnout — so I understand both the science and the emotional side of healing. I work exclusively with women and offer personalized sessions adapted to your level, body, and goals — whether you want to tone, sleep better, support your cycle, or manage stress.
My approach is grounded, intuitive, and supportive. I'm here to help you reconnect with your body and feel stronger, calmer, and more confident — at your own pace.

I offer personalized yoga classes for women who want to reconnect with their bodies and create space for physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Whether you're looking to tone, relax, or simply breathe better... we’ll shape your practice together around what you truly need!
How I teach: My sessions are one-on-one, gentle yet effective, and fully adapted to your goals. Are you looking to strengthen specific areas, improve your posture, support your menstrual cycle, sleep better, or manage the day-to-day stress? You don’t need to be flexible or experienced. We'll go at your pace, with a kind and supportive approach that respects where you are today. Classes are available online or in-person at your home (in Vaud: Yverdon, Lausanne, Morges).
I can guide the sessions in English, Romanian, or Portuguese — whichever feels most natural to you.
First session is free: we'll talk about your lifestyle, your goals, and try a short, gentle flow. Special pack: 5 classes for CHF 310 (instead of 325), tailored to your goals and rhythm.

I practice yoga with Daniela regularly and can absolutely recommend her as a yoga teacher. Her way of teaching is very calm and well-structured. She tailors the lessons to your individual needs and wishes and she is also very flexible concerning different lesson times so it also works very well for people with irregular work hours.
