I am an American yoga instructor with a 200 hour yoga training certification from Kranti Yoga in Goa, India. I have been teaching in studios, for corporations and privately in Paris since 2017.

I am more than happy to design private yoga classes for all levels.
Whether you're interested in gaining strength and flexibility or looking for a way to release tension and anxiety, I love to create classes designed specifically for each student. I include customized playlists if desired and incorporate the spirituality of yoga practice for students to obtain maximum amount of physical and mental benefits.

A propos de Ellen
Born in the United States, I attended New York University where I studied English Literature and Creative Writing. In 2015 I moved to Paris and became a certified yoga instructor from Kranti Yoga in Goa in February 2017. Since then, I have been teaching in many yoga studios around Paris, have taught many private clients, work with corporations, became a co-founder of the yoga studio Yoga Club Paris and began hosting yoga retreats.
