I've been practicing yoga and meditation since my childhood and love to share their healing powers, precisely tailored to my clients' needs. I strongly believe that yoga is a work-in rather than a work-out, and it should be adapted to you, not the other way around. I work with a variety of students, online and in Paris, helping them enhance their mental and physical well-being.
