Transform Your Mind and Body with My Yoga Practice
Hi, I'm Delphine, a seasoned yoga practitioner and in 4 years of training in vinyoga and advanced training in aryuveda, yoga sutras, and yoga therapy. I invite you to join me on a journey of physical and mental transformation through my yoga classes.
Im working with the pediatric department of some hospitals in Brussels, I create unique projects that are specifically designed to meet the needs of each group and I believe in the positive impact it can have on their health and well-being.
In addition to working with children, I also offer yoga classes to adults on an individual, group, or corporate level. My approach to working with adults takes into consideration their unique needs and goals, whether they are looking to improve their physical health, manage stress, reduce burn-out in work environment or simply find a new form of exercise. I provide the techniques and support necessary to help them achieve their objectives through yoga and its holistic approach.
I believe in a personalized approach to each person , and my classes will help you release negative thoughts and find peace in your heart and emotions. You'll learn mantras and postures that you can incorporate into your daily life.
