I have been always a sport lover… I started yoga as a physical exercise and with time it became so much more. So, I did the YTT 300hrs in 2018 and even since I've been teaching and sharing my passion. It has been 15 years that I practice but I never get bored. Every day your body reacts a different way, so your practice is never the same. You have to practice yoga with intelligence: know when you can push it and when you have to let go. Yoga is discipline and if you’re dedicated to it.. you can go a long way. I’m not here to teach you philosophy of it but rather the beauty of this ancient world.
You'll gain so much strength, stability and mobility... You'll be aware of your own body, connected to your breath. You'll find the harmony with yourself.
